The single/twin bed is a rollaway bed that can be placed in the living room or bedroom. The couch is the other sleeping area listed for 3 individuals. 1 King bed, 1 couch. This is located in downtown Birmingham and there could be a possibility for noise and homeless people walking around. Guest is required to give host any cleanliness feedback within 2 hrs of checking into the residence. The washer and dryer are a combo washer and dryer.

While the building typically operates with multiple elevators, occasional interruptions may occur. These are often resolved quickly by the building management, but in rare cases, the elevator may be temporarily out of service. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so please consider this before booking if mobility or stair access is a concern. House rules

HOUSE RULES: Quiet hours 9:00pm-7:00am No parties, events, get-togethers or other similar events are allowed. No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 9 pm. Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. There is a $50 per night per person fee for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. All overnight guests 18+ must be registered on Airbnb with a valid ID uploaded to their account. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana or other drugs at anytime anywhere on or in the property. If violated, there is a $250 smoke cleaning fee. The apartment building does mandatory pest control every second Tuesday of the month. It takes about two minutes. Guest understands and is ok with this. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. The security system, which includes the doorbell camera, noise monitoring system, and smoke detector as well as the WiFi equipment, are there for your safety and comfort; tampering with or disabling the security system and those items is a violation of house rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Guest must put the fob provided back into the lockbox and lock the box when they leave. Please do not lose the fob; loss of the key fob will result in a $100 fine. Unapproved late check out will result in a fee of $75 every 30 min after 11 am. If any of the above rules are violated, the guest agrees to pay a $75 fee for violating rules in addition to the agreed-upon stay amount. Host’s have the right to ask guests to leave immediately if in violation of one of the above rules, without refund.

There is a stunning wedding venue, TJ Tower Events, and a restaurant Roots and Revelry, located in the building. Gym, movie room, pool table and convenience store are also located in the building

Guest Access

Guests will access the building with a key fob and access the apartment itself with a unique code. Guest will have to park their car first in either a paid or non-paid parking spot to then retrieve the building key fob and parking lot clicker. The location of the lockbox is on the side entrance of the building between the parking lot and the apartment building. NOTE There could be limited light/visibility in the evening. There is a multi-step process for checking into the residence. Photos and video are provided through our online guidebook upon booking.

Sarah’s place was exactly as listed and in such a convenient location. I was nervous about parking only because I always get nervous finding parking in cities but having the private lot was really nice. Checking in and getting to the apartment was always super easy to understand/follow. Great dinner and drink spots nearby, which is why I prefer to stay around here whenever traveling through bham. Also, great natural light flowing in in the morning!
