HOUSE RULES: Quiet hours 9:00pm-8:00am No parties, events, get-togethers or other similar events are allowed. No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 9 pm. We reserve the right to have any guest go through Know Your Guest/SuperHog guest screening and deposit before the date of check in. Guest is required to raise any cleanliness issues related to the apartment within 2hrs of arriving for the first time. Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. Guests are welcome to log into their own apps, subscription services, cable and streaming services are not included. Guests will have to get a key fob from a lock box to access the building. There is a $50 per night per person fee for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. Guest(s) are not allowed to have mail/packages delivered to the residence. There are UPS, Post Office, and Amazon Hub stations available as an alternative in the area. All overnight guests 18+ must be registered on Airbnb with a valid ID uploaded to their account. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana or other drugs at anytime anywhere on or in the property. If violated, there is a $250 smoke cleaning fee. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. The security system, which includes the doorbell camera, noise monitoring system, and smoke detector as well as the WiFi equipment, are there for your safety and comfort; tampering with or disabling the security system and those items is a violation of house rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Guest must put the fob provided back into the lockbox and lock the box when they leave. Please do not lose the fob or clicker; loss of the key fob and/or clicker will result in a $100 fine per device. The washer and dryer are a combo washer and dryer. Any pungent odor left in the home that requires a deep clean will result in an additional cleaning fee of not more than $500.00. Cleaning beyond the normal scope, including but not limited to excess trash (more than 2 bags) boxes, etc. will be charged a $200 additional cleaning fee. Unapproved late check out will result in a fee of $75 every 30 min after 11 am. For long term stays (over 7 days) toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, soap, etc will be provided for the start of your stay but is the guest responsibility to refill if they run out during their stay. Pet Policy: 1 pet* allowed, with a $199 additional cleaning fee. No pets on furniture, beds, couches etc. All pets must be listed on the reservation and approved by host prior to arrival. All pet waste must be picked up, bagged and disposed of in the dumpster outside. Pets are not to be left unattended in the home. Please leave them in a crate or cage while gone, do not leave them in a bedroom unattended while you are gone, that is not an alternative. Any damages will be charged to the guest + $150 inconvenience fee for repairs. *No cats allowed* There is an elevator to get up to floor the apartment is located or stairs located to left of the elevator. If the elevator for whatever reason is not working, guests understand they must use the stairs. Guest is aware that there is multiple steps to getting checked in. They will have to park and retrieve the key fob which is on the side of the building between the parking lot and apartment building. Photos and video are provided through our online guidebook. Should they have any issues upon checking in, guest is required to reach out to the host for assistance. If any of the above rules are violated, the guest agrees to pay a $75 fee for violating rules in addition to the agreed-upon stay amount. Host’s have the right to ask guests to leave immediately if in violation of one of the above rules, without refund.

Guests will access the building with a key fob and access the apartment itself with a unique code. Guest will have to park their car first in either a paid or non-paid parking spot to then retrieve the building key fob and parking lot clicker. The location of the lockbox is on the side entrance of the building between the parking lot and the apartment building. There could be limited light/visibility in the evening. There is a multi-step process for checking into the residence. Photos and video are provided through our online guidebook upon booking.
