Government-issued ID is collected only as part of the building's verification above. 🌆 NEIGHBORHOOD The apartment is in Five Points South, a lively part of downtown Birmingham. Expect normal city activity, including foot traffic and some city noise. 🛗 If the elevator is out of service, you'll need to take the stairs. 🛠️ Building management sometimes schedules maintenance or inspections inside the apartments. We pass on their notice as soon as we get it. 🧴 On stays over 7 nights we stock starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, detergent) for the start of your stay. 📦 MAIL USPS mail can't be delivered here. You will need to coordinate with USPS to get mail at a location nearby. Packages (Amazon, UPS, FedEx) are fine. 📺 TV Log into your own apps and streaming accounts. Cable and paid subscriptions aren't included. 🚗 GARAGE Parking is in a secure garage for one vehicle. Vehicles must be under 7 ft tall to fit.

If it isn't done or accepted, the reservation is cancelled under Airbnb's policies. • All overnight guests must be on the reservation. • Keep the garage parking tag visible. The building tows cars without one. • Trash is collected. • Dogs under 50 lb, no cats. Crate when alone, keep off beds and sofas. • Lost fob or pass, or smoke or odor cleaning: we request the documented cost through the Resolution Center.

🔑 Guests have full access to the apartment and all community amenities, including the gym, pool, lounge, and meeting rooms. Please note that all amenities are subject to building policies, and access may be revoked by management if rules are not followed. 📦 Upon arrival, you’ll retrieve a key fob from a lockbox located near the parking lot. This fob provides secure access to the building entrances, elevator, and your apartment door. 🚗 Inside the apartment, you’ll find a garage parking tag. This tag must be clearly visible in your vehicle at all times when parked in the lot. Vehicles without a visible parking pass are subject to towing at the guest’s expense, per building management policy. 📄 All detailed check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival to ensure a smooth and easy experience.
