Expect normal city activity, including foot traffic and some city noise. 🛗 If the elevator is out of service, you'll need to take the stairs. 🛠️ Building management sometimes schedules maintenance or inspections inside the apartments. We pass on their notice as soon as we get it. 🧴 On stays over 7 nights we stock starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, detergent) for the start of your stay. 📦 MAIL USPS mail can't be delivered here. You will need to coordinate with USPS to get mail at a location nearby. Packages (Amazon, UPS, FedEx) are fine. 📺 TV Log into your own apps and streaming accounts. Cable and paid subscriptions aren't included. 🚗 GARAGE Parking is in a secure garage. Vehicles must be under 7 ft tall to fit.

🔑 You have the whole apartment, plus the building's gym, pool, lounge and meeting rooms. Building rules apply in those spaces. 📦 When you arrive, take the key fob from the lockbox near the parking lot. It opens the building entrances, the elevator and your apartment door. 🚗 You'll find a garage parking tag inside the apartment. Keep it visible in your car whenever it's parked in the garage. Full check-in instructions are sent to you on the day of your check-in at 10 AM CT.
