I had a great experience staying here during my month rotating at UAB. The place felt clean and safe and had convenient study areas on the bottom floor. The location was walkable to multiple restaurants and to the UAB main campus. Sarah was very responsive throughout my stay and made both the check-in and check-out process seamless. Highly recommend staying here!

Sarah was an outstanding host. She thought of everything you’d need for a long term stay, was always responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The place was decorated nicely, giving you a “homey” feel and the bed was super comfortable. Building amenities were great, especially the convenience store inside the building. Walkable location to everything, nice to stroll. Would definitely recommend.

Sarah went above and beyond to communicate with me when there were small unpredictable issues. She was incredibly responsive when I had questions. I would absolutely book again with her! The place had everything I needed and a pretty great view too! Super close to UAB as well.

This was my second time staying at one of Sarah’s properties and it was as good as the first. Everything was as described and the step-by-step check-in guide is really helpful. I’ll be back again soon!

I was very happy and lucky that there was availability! After reviewing hotels in the area, I was not convinced I would get the quality that I would be paying for. I'm often skeptical of Airbnb's as well, but loved the description and location before booking. The space was the perfect size for two people. The kitchen was an added benefit. Especially with how close Publix is. If you have a rental, there are a few options you have within walking distance to park your car. Sarah was incredibly kind and responsive. She sincerely cares about the quality of your stay. She answered every question I had swiftly and moved quickly to solve a minor issue I was experiencing. Very happy with my experience and would definitely stay here again.

I loved staying at Sarah’s place!! As a medical student on rotation, her place was the perfect distance to the UAB hospital (4 minute walk) and felt absolutely safe even in the mornings (4:30-6am) if I needed to be there early. Most importantly, Sarah is the most responsive host I’ve had and was always available for any of my concerns. Her place made it easy for me to explore Birmingham since it’s walking distance from many cafes and restaurants. As a solo traveler, I highly recommend her place for its cleanliness and safety!!

I enjoyed my stay at Sarah's place. The apartment was as described with everything you needed, including a kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, sink, dishwasher, plates, bowls, utensils, cookware, etc. Washer and dryer available in unite as well. Much more than you would get at a hotel, for less cost. There was complimentary coffee and tea available as well. The apartment was clean and quiet. Location was great - only 2 blocks from Publix, with several restaurants within walking distance, and only 2-3 blocks from UAB and the VA. Perfect for anyone healthcare workers who are having to travel to work at either UAB or the VA. Check-in and check-out was easy with the provided instructions. I would stay again.

Sarah was super responsive. It looked a little complex to get into the building at first but she gave such a clear guidebook with explanation (and pictures even) that it was no problem! We came for an appointment at the Kirkland clinic and was literally able to walk to my appointment. Didn’t stay long at all but if and when we have to come back we would definitely stay again! If street noise bothers you, may want to pack a sound machine! We usually bring ours but it was no big deal to us. We slept just fine. Usually you don’t get to have a gym with an AirBNB but it was such a nice bonus to the place! Used those facilities and it was clean and neat and precisely what I needed. Room was very nice and clean and organized. 5 stars!

The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Great location with easy access to everything. The host was responsive and made the stay smooth. I’d happily come back!
